The Project consists of two towers,each of the consisting of 2 basement floors, 5 low rise reinforced concrete floors and 20 steel construction floors. Total construction area is 120.000 m² (64.000 m² reinforced concrete , 56,000 m² steel construction) Storey height is 4.00mt in each floor. The core structure is reinforced concrete in the car park capacity is 872 in basement. Offices, restaurants and cafes are located in low rise part. The high rise part is designed only for offices. The facade cladding material is aluminum with blinds.
